Here we go…
my little universe 3 Comments »The truth is coming out. Damn Zabel… that being said the one thing you do here about in europe is the ‘clean guy’. And word on the street was that zabel was one of the good guys. if there ever was a guy who would be tempted by a few 2nd places to cut some corners, it’d be him, but for some reason i believe him. maybe it the years of rumor and gossip (good in this case), maybe it the unbelievable consistency for like 17 years. all i’ve ever heard about erik is that he is the most professional rider EVER. So long story short i like Zabel and the Truth is coming out. this is only a good thing for the sport, i hope he dosen’t get punished to bad for this. some how i cant see how he wont get a 2 year suspension, but maybe the idea is that if everyone come clean at the same time they couldn’t possibly suspend everyone because there’d be no one left (riders, directors, everyone)
Round of applause to T-moble organization. First they, along with slipstream, have the first team wide volunteer testing program. And now i cant help but think they are the ones encouraging their riders to come clean. they really are getting the hands dirty trying to make cycling real. Good job Stapleton
Now that that is out of the way now we can go back to talking about ME. thursday means track night up here in portland, on schedule for tonight is a madison and long points race. im all excited to get the new BMC out the in a race i like. last week i “did” a pursuit on it but as it was- A. the first time i rode the bike, B. Myfirst lap around alpenrose (bumpiest track ever) was the first lap of my pursuit C. i didnt warm up, and finally D. i really didn’t care too much. so although i do have 11 laps of alpenrose under my belt tonight i will be riding my new bike for the first time. in case you were wondering it looks like like this…. nice!!
ok Good talk
